Purchases made on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions.
By placing an order you agree that you are of age 18 or older and possess a valid PayPal account with sufficient funds and/or valid credit card. 
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If an item is not currently available, and you are not satisfied with the advised waiting time, we will apply a full refund.
An order is not deemed complete until we have received payment in full into our account.
Handling time is generally 1-2 business days but may vary slightly.
All prices are inclusive of GST. Postage fees may be applicable unless otherwise specified in the item description.
Buyers requesting postage to an address not within Australia are subject to paying for postage at the amount specified by Australia Post at the time of postage. If the buyer refuses to pay for postage, a full refund will be issued. We further note that your refund amount may be subject to deductions of PayPal refund fees, processing fees, currency conversion and any other associated fees we had incurred as a result of your purchase. Our website clearly states on the product page that we offer free postage within Australia only and that international delivery orders must be purchased via our store on Ebay Australia website. 
Postage times may vary depending on Australia Post availability and circumstances. Australia Post delays may occur, to which we will not be held responsible for.
We make every effort to ensure all price and product information is correct and current. However, website errors may occur in relation to price and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, and amend website information at any time without prior notice. If we discover errors in relation to item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you of this and offer you the correct price, item, item information, or alternatively you may have a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
We offer a full refund for faulty/damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Claims for faulty/damaged items or non-receipt of orders must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, otherwise your refund request may be refused. To make a claim, you must provide: proof of purchase, reason for refund, and photographic evidence if the item is faulty/damaged. If the item is not faulty/damaged, we may still accept the refund provided that the item has not been opened or used and is in new condition as provided to you. This includes the item and poly bag packaging. For all refunds, you must return the item to our address at your own expense. Items must be returned via Australia Post with tracking number provided. Once we have received the returned item we will inspect it to determine whether a refund is appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse a refund at our own discretion. We further note that your refund amount may be subject to deductions of PayPal refund fees, processing fees, currency conversion and any other associated fees we had incurred as a result of your purchase.

We use multiple storage warehouses/fulfilment centres around the world for fast delivery of goods to your doorstep. However, currently, we are only operating from our Australian warehouse.
